Annual Back To School Celebration
Join us for second annual Back to School Community Celebration at the park! As summer comes to an end and the school year approaches, we want to kick off the new academic year with a fun-filled day for the entire community.
Date: Saturday July 26, 2025
Time: 12pm-2pm
Location: Eagle Trace Village Park
This event is designed to bring together youth, parents, teachers, and community members to celebrate and support our youths’ return to school. It will be a day packed with exciting activities, entertainment, and valuable resources for everyone.

How To Register
1) Select the number of kids (tickets) you would like to register.
2) Complete registration information for each family & participant (name, grade, gender).
PRE-REGISTERED STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE FREE BACKPACKS AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES. CHILDREN MUST BE PRESENT WITH PARENTS OR GUARDIANS
We invite everyone in the community to come out and celebrate the start of a new school year with us. Let’s come together to support our youth and create a positive and inclusive environment. Mark your calendars and join us for a day filled with fun, laughter, and unity.
We are accepting vendors, if you have a business or nonprofit and you’d like to set up at the park please fill our REGISTRATION FORM HERE
We are still adding sponsors if you or someone you know would like to become a sponsor contact us.
REGISTRATION FOR THE BACKPACK FILLED WITH SCHOOL SUPPLIES IS OPEN. WE WILL HAVE EXTRA SCHOOL SUPPLIES and BACKPACKS ON HAND WHILE THEY LAST.
